We came for a wellness day and it was absolutely worth it.
The service was on top and the room itself had everything. The view from the room was absolutely perfect!
The various options for wellness and spa give you a lot to choose from.
We enjoyed the dinner as well and couldn’t be more impressed with the taste.
If you have a bigger car or a sporty car the route to the Hotel might be a little tricky as it goes through rocky roads and short turn.
I don’t understand the 4.3 rating of the hotel. Tenuta is truly SPLENDID! The beautiful building of the hotel is located in a green hill with magnificent views. We stayed in a super clean and spacious room with private balcony, sofa and equipped with a coffee maker so that you can enjoy the views with a nice espresso! Also the spa area was very relaxing with a large indoor swimming pool, 2 saunas and 2 hammams if i remember correctly. Finally we enjoyed both the breakfast and the dinner, especially the dinner was well prepared, excellent flavors , tasty wine and very elegant decor! I will surely return!
Ps: i could use a soap bar in the room’s bathroom
I spent an afternoon at the SPA of the hotel as an external customer. The SPA is good and very clean. There is everything you might need for a relaxing day.
Unfortunately the service is poor and the noise from the Reception is perceived while relaxing.
Amazing experience for my first time visit. During staying 4 nights, I had wonderful breakfasts which is the top 1 that I’ve traveled in Europe in the past 15 years.
Inside the room, I also have the best tea every day.
The room with the comfortable balcony is really joyful when getting up every morning.
For sure the SPA in this hotel is also wonderful though I only experienced twice; one time only 30 mins and the other about 1.5 hours . I did feel relaxing a lot after working for the whole day.
I must come again next time during September. Strongly recommend this great hotel
Setting is fabulous. Has great potential. Definitely not a honeymoon hotel! I would recommend familiarising yourself with their policies before booking. If you don’t book directly on their website you must pay extra for the spa. You must also pay extra for scrambled eggs/ omelettes at breakfast. You are given a few bottles of 2-in-1 shampoo/ shower gel with your room- no conditioner, body lotion, nothing else! Besides this you are given a non waterproof hairnet- maybe supposed to be a shower cap? They also were not serving any food in between breakfast and dinner while we were there so we had to do an ALDI shop for food as we were starving.
